Love this time of year! So amazingly beautiful! Cold weather and colorful forests uplift my spirits! Dallas just took his first driving class in the classroom! Mei Mei is taking dance classes! Dad is alive and well! Life is good folks! Lovin it all...

Spending time on facebook and flickr folks! Right now I'm watching the presidential debate w/my wife & planning what to do this weekend w/the kids! Work sucks but life is good. Ask me about that sometime!

i don't know what to say... so frustrated. our roof is in the process of being replaced and this leak has NOTHING to do with that! it happens to be raining outside but, oh yeah, this leak has NOTHING to do with that! this little gem will cost about 4 grand to fix since the leak started in the upstairs bathroom. luckily this is clean water and not waste. Kim and I are nearly at wits end.

our house finally has central air conditioning! YES!!! you don't know how much you miss it until you don't have it and the summer temps are around 100 with nearly the same humidity and no wind. yuck. this is WISCONSIN i'm talking about! disgusting. left Florida for the nasty humidity! anywayz. life is good. the kids are behaving wonderfully and growing strong and healthy! so stinking cute they are! (see flickr)

so Mei Mei turned FOUR today! can you believe it??? so awesome. it's been an event filled day, that's for sure! what? you ask? we got a call from her daycare because she had hives! hmm... not to worry, right? give her some benadryl and call us back. yup, we received another call alright! she was getting worse! belly pain and hot. call 911! damn! Kim and I immediately clocked out of work and waited for the squad to arrive in our ER! enroute, we learned that her breathing was never an issue... whew! so far so good! a tired Mei Mei arrived all strapped down to a big adult stretcher accompanied by 4 techs and her daycare director! way to go gang! kudos to the Luxemburg EMS and Roxanne! she was handed over and then checked out by the capable staff at St Vincent Hospital where she recieved several meds, one being in the thigh muscle. ouch. then we went to Applebees to eat! 4 hours later! by this evening she was doing just great and all about her birthday again so we celebrated with cake! yay! good times!

Dallas, at SIX foot THREE or so,is only 15... ouch.
